Refund Policy

By placing an order through oaada you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (United States) country.

A. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All MANUFACTURER DIRECT items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns.

B. RETURN PROCESS

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our return policy specifies the specific conditions under which customers can return goods and receive refunds:
Return deadline: Customers must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Product status: The returned product must remain in its original condition, unused or damaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Return cost: Due to the quality of the product itself, the cost will be borne by us. Due to the customer’s reasons, the cost is borne by the customer.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

G. NO REFUND POLICY FOR UNUSED DISCOUNTS

Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds for discounts that were not utilized at the time of the transaction. Discounts and promotions must be applied during the purchase process, and retroactive adjustments are not possible. We encourage customers to review and apply discounts at the time of purchase to ensure the best value for their money. Please note that this policy is in effect to maintain fairness and consistency in our business operations.

H.REFUND

Upon receipt of your return request, we will process your request within 48 hours, and upon receipt of your return confirmation, we will return your original payment method within 72 hours
